As the first point of contact and link between our customers and project management, you are responsible for a wide range of requests. This brings a lot of variety and you learn a wide range of IT skills. Customer satisfaction and a high standard of service and quality are important to us! In hectic situations, you keep an overview and react quickly and flexibly to new requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for creating evaluations, queries and statistics for our customers. The focus here is on ongoing software maintenance. You support with assistance, training and suitable solutions. Independently or together with the project team. With your knowledge of the customer perspective, you help with the further development of our application MD-Premium.

What sets you apart
- Standard PC knowledge (operating systems, MS Office, etc.)
- Database knowledge (Oracle, or SQL server)
- Basic knowledge of business administration (purchasing, sales, logistics)
- Degree from a HAK, HTL, or technical college
- German & English spoken & written
- Willingness to travel (possibly also abroad)
- Driving licence B
- Interest in further education
- Independent and structured work
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and well-groomed appearance
Nice to have
- Programming knowledge (PL/SQL)
- XML knowledge
- Network knowledge
- Windows Server knowledge
- C# basic knowledge

Salary
The minimum monthly gross salary for 38.5 hours per week (according to the IT collective agreement, AT, standard level) is EUR 2,753. The actual remuneration depends on your qualifications and professional experience.

Are you looking for a position where you can demonstrate your organisational talent? Do you want to shine with your technical expertise? Are you sociable and open-minded? You would like to be involved in all aspects of the project process, or would you even like to manage projects yourself? Grow beyond yourself with us!
As a central contact person, you work hand in hand with your clients and your team. You supervise exciting projects, both externally and internally. From the initial recording, through planning and implementation, right up to project completion. Initially as part of a team, later on you can also work independently. The focus is on ongoing customer satisfaction, which you ensure with suitable solutions and competent follow-up support. Combine analytical thinking with a quick grasp of the situation to be able to evaluate, prioritize and solve rapidly changing situations. Further develop your technical background with us and learn new programming languages, for example. You will create statistics, queries and evaluations and use your experience to help further develop and adapt our standard application MD-Premium.

Behind the scenes, you will independently supervise a wide variety of development projects. From capturing the requirements, through planning and implementation, to the completion of the project. You work closely with the project team. Together you discuss specific customer requirements, collect ideas and approaches to solutions. Afterwards you dedicate yourself to the aspects of in-depth development and its realization. Would you like to have active customer contact for a change? No problem! Take advantage of the creative freedom of this position and, if you wish, support our customers personally (remotely or on site). With your experience you will help us with the further development and programming of our application MD-Premium.

- Solid database and programming skills in Oracle (SQL/PL-SQL) and C#/.NET
