The Multidata Partnerprogram

The flexibility of MD-Premium allows Multidata to offer different partner models to better suit the capabilities of each partner. Multidata has two forms of partners:

Registered Partner

A registered partner establishes customer access and primarily provides opportunities for multidata. A registered partner supports Multidata in negotiations with the end customer, helps to clarify the project scope and the specifications, provides industry and customer insights and accompanies the rollout of the finished solution to the customer. Multidata is responsible for the implementation and technical support of the customer.

Implementation partners

An implementation partner can cover all the tasks of the registered partner, but primarily carries out the technical implementation of a project and takes over the technical support of the customer. It depends on the available resources and the depth of technical know-how what the division of labor between the partner and Multidata looks like. In extreme cases, Multidata only acts as a licensor and the implementation partner takes care of everything else, including independent acquisition and its own hosting services.

Of course, as an implementation partner, you need a certain range of resources and expertise. If you want to become an implementation partner, you need profound know-how in Oracle DB design, PL/SQL, XML and web design based on the Angular framework. In addition, the necessary personnel resources and infrastructure should be in place to enable you offering professional support to your customers.
