Your responsibilities:

• Administration of the Windows & Linux network, including Active Directory
• Support and installation of standard software (Office 365)
• Administration of our firewalls
• Independent problem analysis and troubleshooting
• Point of contact for our telephony solution via Microsoft Teams
• Carrying out onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in all IT-related matters
• Procurement, maintenance and replacement of hardware
• Independent management of the Oracle database (optional)

You're a great fit if you:

• Have knowledge of Windows & Linux servers
• Enjoy automating processes
• Are fluent in both written and spoken German and English
• Have completed IT-related training (HTL, apprenticeship) and have relevant professional experience
• Work independently and are well organized
• Value teamwork, communicate effectively and have a solution-oriented mindset
• Have database and programming skills (SQL | PL-SQL) (optional)

Salary:

The minimum gross monthly salary for 38.5 hours per week (according to the Austrian IT collective agreement, AT, standard level) is EUR 3,155. Actual compensation depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
