MD-Premium can be used by micro-enterprises to international corporations
Multidata offers different rollout scenarios tailored to the needs of different customer groups. On-premise installations are more suitable for larger customers or customers who want to have a high degree of control over their software and have the necessary IT prerequisites. Alternatively, Multidata offers a hosting service that is based on the principles of SaaS and is therefore also suitable for small use cases. And partners who offer their own solutions based on MD-Premium can host the system in-house and offer it as a SaaS service themselves.
The rollout of business software is typically not a quick process. Since one of the core USPs of MD-Premium is the adaptation to the customer's process landscape, the implementation is always preceded by a longer analysis phase, where the existing situation (processes, IT landscape) and the customer's ideas are evaluated. Based on this, a proposed solution is developed and implemented together with the customer. At the same time, the training of the staff on the product takes place. Of course, the exact process and the amount of time vary considerably from customer to customer.
The Application Framework (AFW) is the basis of the system and must therefore be licensed, as well as the corresponding number of user licenses. Everything else is optional and can be purchased as needed.
Yes. The licensing of MD-Premium takes into account that certain functionalities are necessary for the proper operation of a module that are found in other modules. These function blocks are implicitly unlocked. For example, the customer and supplier base is part of CRM, but is implicitly activated with the ERP license.
No, MD-Premium uses volume licenses. If you have purchased licenses for e.g. 20 users, 20 users can use the system simultaneously. If a user logs out, this license will be released and another user will be able to use it
Yes, there are. Via the Multidata website, you have the opportunity to try out the system immediately and at any time via a demo client. You have immediate access to the web client, the customer portal, and the B2B webshop. You can also test the Windows client. However, this requires a certain amount of installation effort. For special test positions, please contact our customer service.
The most famous characteristic of the chameleon is to adapt its appearance to its environment in such a way that it ideally becomes invisible. For us, this is a perfect symbol for MD-Premium, which also adapts to the customer's circumstances in terms of its characteristics and process flows. It does not become invisible, but its presence is ideally no longer noticed, because everything runs as it should and the system does its work in the background.
Yes, it has indeed. His name is Klaus-Maria.
Licenses are charged per module, add-on and user. Prices and payment methods depend on how large the installation is and which deployment model (hosting, on-premise) has been chosen.
No, MD-Premium can also be used for micro-enterprises.
A customer can pay an optional flat rate on an annual basis, which includes all updates that have occurred within the paid period.
The technical foundation of MD-Premium is Oracle, a very stable, high-performance and, above all, scalable solution. Load balancing, which is necessary due to high user numbers, can be easily achieved by providing appropriate IT resources (processor cores, main memory). <br/><br/> Large amounts of data sometimes require long processing times, which cannot always be prevented. At neuralgic points, where very large amounts of data typically have to be processed, architectural measures were taken (parallelization, summaries) to reduce processing times as far as possible.
Tax-relevant documents that arise in MD-Premium or are processed by MD-premium can be stored and retrieved in an audit-proof manner via document archiving. In this respect, MD-Premium complies with the requirements of the GoBD and the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB).
MD-Premium usually receives 3-4 major updates per year, where we roll out new features as well as adjustments to legal changes. Since legal changes typically come with long lead times and transition periods, there is usually sufficient time to adapt the software to the changes and to inform our customers about these changes in good time.
There is full API documentation for developers. However, due to copyright reasons, this will only be made available once a corresponding business relationship with the necessary NDA obligations has been established.
The user interface supports German and English ex works, but can be easily extended for any common language that can be displayed with a UTF8 character set (including Arabic, Farsi and various East Asian languages)
Among other things, the WSA framework offers the possibility of setting up a customer portal, on the basis of which customers can view an order history, enter and retrieve service tickets, and subscribe to any training courses and newsletters. Since MD-Premium is the technical foundation of Multidata, such a customer portal is also available to Multidata's customers.
The support process starts with the receipt of a new request. If this reaches us via the online portal or by e-mail, the system generates the ticket automatically. In the case of inquiries made by telephone, the person receiving the ticket will be created manually. In all cases, the responsible recipient will receive a notification by e-mail with the corresponding ticket number about the ticket receipt. A qualified person then reviews the case and assigns it to the right specialist department (queue). Within this queue, the ticket is evaluated, handed over to a specific processor and resolved. The response time is based on the SLA specifications of the respective maintenance contract model. Once the case is resolved, the customer will be notified by email or phone.
We have reference customers from various industries, including food and wholesale, food production, medical technology and industrial manufacturing.
Absolutely. MD-Premium uses the so-called clients to ensure a clean separation of different business units. You are free to decide whether the individual clients are equal and relatively independent of each other, or whether there is a central client. This goes hand in hand with deciding which data to synchronize between clients (e.g., product master), what data to keep locally (e.g., customer master), and what data to aggregate to a central client (e.g., revenue data). The use of clients gives you the greatest possible freedom in the process design of different business units. You can unlock different functionalities per client and even create and roll out individual programming on a client-by-client basis.
This possibility exists. As part of our partner program, you have the opportunity to develop, host and resell a standalone solution based on MD-Premium to your customers. Whereby you have complete freedom as to how far you expand the base system. In extreme cases, you can create a completely new solution under your own branding. In this scenario, Multidata only acts as a licensor within the framework of a PaaS model.
